energy and lucid dreaming

Hi its mark the newbie here experiancing things that you have

probably done many years ago but still i need a channel to vent it.

 

past couple of weeks i have been having energy crashes where i feel

so tired and lie down but i cant sleep. then i start having a dream

whilst i am awake. first time i saw a being of white light tap me

on the forhead and then i could access all the scenes from when i was

a child like a slideshow/tape, all the events. the second time this

happened i was not in control and i could hear people talking and saying

stuff. i was laughing because it was nonsense that was being said!

the recent one i was able to access the childhood home and it was summer

time and i was able to navigate the house and find and remember objects

or items long forgotten. it was so nice i was wrything with joy on the bed.

Last night i felt the energy in my base slowly go up the spine took about 30

minutes was very gentle it went all the way up then i felt

myself being pulled out my body (i was face down) when i tried to move

i could break out of this and move my body it stopped. i just relaxed

again and let it happen. i then must have fallen asleep because i had

some weird dreams.

Hi Mark,

 

It's very unnerving at times the half awake half asleep lucid visions of people

around you , it can give you quite a start at times when you are not used to it

(I'm not used to it! LOL)

 

When I feel tired and restless I try to spend some time in nature, walking to

help the energy move around, maybe take my shoes off and connect to the earth

some.
