heart flutters

I have been experiencing feelings that range from flutter to buzz to vibration

in my heart chakra for probably more than two years.  I thought it was energetic

related and was not bothered; in fact, I considered it a positive sign of

further opening of my heart chakra.

But then I read a day or so ago that feeling heart flutters can be a symptom of

heart valve disease, and now I can't think of anything else.  I guess I'm kind

of where Bill was not so long ago when he had heart/chest pain and couldn't

decide whether or not to see a physician.

Has anyone else felt this?

Kundalini doesnt usually have the symtpom of fluid retention.

Nor does it have a symtpom of swelling at the ankles.

Nor does it have the symptom of " rales " as heard from the lungs when a

deep breath is taken.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rales

Kundalini can cause some fatigue.

Kundalini does not have a heart murmur as a fixture of the its

expression.

Here are some other signs and symptoms found on the web:

http://www.nhlbi.nih.gov/health/dci/Diseases/hvd/hvd_signsandsymptoms.ht\

ml

http://www.medicinenet.com/heart_valve_disease/page2.htm

Havent seen anything that resembles a " Heart Buzz " as a symptom of

valvular disease. But I am not a physician and in no way is the

information given or ideas discussed to be construed in any way, shape

or form as medical advice for anything or anyone.

If you are concerned there is no harm in getting checked out by a U.S.

government sponsored and drug company supported medical doctor. Always

make room for second opinions. - blessings Carolyn. - chrism

Years ago before I even knew what kundalini was I was having heart flutterings

and went and had my heart check. I was friends with a lady who's hubby was is

heart specialist. He checked me over good. No heart problems for me.

Then thing that made me feel at ease about it all was one day I was trying for

an OBE and was able to feel my physical heart beat at the same time as I was

feeling my heart chakra. It was really cool.

I think anyone who is feeling concerned about it and have the money to spare

should go and have their heart checked just to make sure so there will be no

more worries.

I've been having similar symptoms for the past several months. I got

nervous and went to the ER one day. Many tests later I was pronounced

healthy. It was worth it for the peace of mind though.

I had heart flutters for about 4-5 months about a year and a half ago. They

were accompanied by what felt the closest to having panic attacks I've ever had

(it gave me alot of compassion for people who struggle with these). I had my

routine doctor's visit and I thought my blood pressure was going to be off the

charts and it was normal. I talked to my doctor about my symptoms and I never

did have any tests other than routine stuff & it went away. Now my flutters are

higher, near the thymus area.

Thanks, everyone, for responding. I feel much better today--I was going to go

run, but my daughter and I took a 5 mile walk instead. My mind runs away with

me sometimes. (I have enough dreams where the intellect is represented as a bad

guy/saboteur.) Interestingly, I'd had a dream the night before where a group of

us were all to mow a field on a riding mower. Everyone would take a turn mowing

it. When it came to be my turn, I was told that in addition to the field, I had

to mow the ditch that ran beside it. I wondered why everyone else got to mow

just the field but I had to mow the ditch, too? The ditch was harder to mow

than the field, with its steepness, long grass, rocks, sticks, litter and

possible dead animal carcasses. But I started mowing and started with the hard

part first, the ditch.

Anyway, last night I had a rather large vibratory experience that started at my

chest and went up to my shoulders and out along each arm to my hands. It may

have been healing but was certainly calming. Today I am the same in all ways

but with no anxiety about the 'flutters' that continue.

I think it is interesting that so many of us have PVC's (pre-ventricular

contractions)  I had them for most of my dark days.  When I started to find ME,

my God, and kundalini, mysteriously, the " flutters " disappeared.  There were

times when a physician could hear them, and times I went to the emg room

thinking I was having a heart attack.  Maybe this is something that happens when

you began to awaken, the heart chakra is opening, pulsating, vibrating, like a

water pipe that has been turned off, and when re-opened it sputters until it is

fully open.

Interesting, since I had no water last week due to a main break.  Today I do not

take for granted when I turn the faucet lever.  I am THANKFUL for water.

Love to all

Blessings,

Julie

Yes, I was thinking the same thing. A couple years ago, I was having those

flutters. I went to the doctor, and I wore a heart monitor for 24 hours, then

they analysed the data. It turns out, it is called an atrial fibrillation(top

part of the heart). In the great majority of cases, these are harmless, and

many people have them. The doctor who examined me says that he gets them too.

Mine also stopped occurring after a few months. I was glad, cause it is a

strange feeling.

The other is called a Ventricular fibrillation, which is the bottom of the

heart. These are the bad ones, and are actually a medical emergency. They

usually precede a heart attack, or cardiac arrest.

Hi there,

Afib can be serious and should be checked out by a doctor IMHO.

A fib can be serious and can lead to a blood clot as the blood pools because the

heart cannot effectively pump out all the blood. The heart basically quivers.

Lots of people have it and have no problems. Many patients are put on blood

thinners to keep the blood from clotting. Some people have it and don't even

know it. You are right Kevin, VFib is serious.
