Hi Ernie,

 

You should go there sometime its really cool. Those trees are actually Redwood

trees.. tall & majestic and all of them eaten by fire at the base of the trunk.

I am so sorry about the pictures, in the excitement of the moment i forgot to

take them..it was so sacred and solemn in that place that any electronic

equipment would ruin it. It happened that this one guy has his car radio blaring

that both me & chrism can only shake our heads in unison. The same in St

Raphael's church too..we were attending sunday mass in spanish too..i could not

understand a word..i think chrism can..i can see he was enjoying himself

listening. He said i dont need to recieve communion as Christ is in me

already..but for me it is like Christ meeting himself in me if i receive him in

the sacred host.

Wow Edok (Edgar),

By the sounds of it, you really had a fantastic time. Wish I could have been

there too.

I'm curious about the tree...what type of tree is it. You gave a really good

detailed description. ..do have any photos? I would really like to see the tree

and the stained glass in St. Rafael's.
