On May 8th I rolled my left ankle and foot while walking down my husband's

wheelchair ramp outside of our house. It's a bad sprain (no break), but it has

left bruising all over my foot and ankle along with swelling. My tendons hurt

all the way up the side of my leg, up to the calf area. Doctor says I have

superficial thrombophlebitis on the top of my foot and near my toes. (fancy name

for inflammation of the veins). Fortunate for me it's not deep thrombophlebitis

as this would be a clot. I can't wear a shoe yet, but have been wearing an

airboot.

Bad part, is I can't go back to work until I am able to perform my job(I am a

floor nurse and work 3-12 hr shifts).

 

I asked the Dr. today about swimming, and he said to give it a try or even just

walk in the water. Sounds great to me as I love the water!

 

I would like to mention that 2 nights ago I felt really warm all over and felt

tingling in my foot, particularly near the phlebitis, it felt like someone was

sewing me back together :) It's didn't hurt, but I just knew that someone must

have been sending me prayers/healing.

Yes I have felt you are being worked on from the " sitepat " of this group. Chakra

breathing will be fine but no more than nine complete cycles for each chakra. A

complete cycles is an in and out exhale and inhale. Do not go beyond the throat

chakra. Please do the other safeties in addition to the Chakra breathing and

please put your hands (palms) on the injured area and say the Goddess Mantra.

Say it in sets of trinities. So if you say it once - one time equals three
