I have been doing the safeties for years now and love that I'm already in it. They've come to me naturally as they usually do if we listen in. Guest guest
Hi Chrism, There's always room for improvement. The safeties, for me, have been a natural progression through the years. And I can say that for approximately the past year and a half I've been more consistent daily rather than sporadically. Becoming more conscious in every moment is key and can, at times, be a challenge. But I'm a work in progress! I'll get there in wonderful Divine timing. The breathing practice you detail has not been a daily practice of mine, only sporadic. So now I'm adding that to my daily activities as well. I was able to upload a photo to the 2009 Shaktipat folder. Thank you for your offerings and all of your time, energy and efforts towards wonderful Kundalini! This is wonderful! You bless us all by sharing! Bliss, Maggie ................. www.SpiritualCompassConnection.com www.blogtalkradio.com/AllWeAre , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Welcome Maggie Anderson! Guest guest
Yes Maggie Anderson, Please bring the locks into a daily expression. Please bring the watermelon into a daily intake. Please bring the Shakti prayer or " Goddess Mantra " into a daily " as much as you can " expression. " Always in sets of trinities " If you plan on saying it once then plan on saying it three times or six time or nine times or twelve etc. You get the idea. The http://www.kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/practice-goddess-mantra.html What is the time length of your daily meditations? Please observe this video: Please begin to " release control " over your life and give that control over to the Kundalini in you. This includes how you relate and behave towards others along the path of the behavioral safeties. I know you are on a roll my dear! So keep going and bring that bounteous beautiful exuberance and love into your surrender to the Shakti sacred feminine within. - blessings Maggie Anderson! - chrism , " Maggie Anderson " <a216024 wrote: > > Hi Chrism, > > There's always room for improvement. Guest guest
I used to do long meditations almost every day and have had to cut them down do mini-meditations. Your recommendation of at least 20 minutes will be great for me. My daily energy/meditation process really helps me connect. It starts with waking up and immediately grounding. I then do many visualizations of energy colors (ie. pink unconditional love energy, blue-white angelic energy, golden light energy, white Divine energy) that includes deep breaths several times throughout all processes where I will usually visualize on the exhale or out breath or in-between breaths. Then move into a few positive thinking thoughts, and also a yoga tantra method of energy up the spine with visual. There are quiet moments in between for connection. I then do a clearing/cleansing with Violet Flame of St. Germain, ArchAngels, Divine, etc. Then I have a Magnified Healing process I do, as that is something I was initiated into. This is a beautiful process for the Self. It opens up the heart energy and magnifies the energy around you, it also includes a lovely chakras clearing process and dedication to the Divine. Energy/Love is sent to Earth and those I'd like to send to. If my baby wakes up during the magnified healing process (rare as I do this very early) she is so happy to do the prayer mudra with me and " Om Shanti " that I have added to complete my process. She's 2 and so cute doing it! Then I'm off to my daily workout and yoga. Yoga splits up my day as well (while at work). I do many stretches and routines. I've done the rights and yoga in a private bathroom area (so lucky to have found it, yay). I am liking finishing my night with the 5 Tibetan Rights. It is a reminder of the Divine connection and to remain present. My drive to and from work is helpful for quiet time and meditation as well. I do my best to have a meditation before sleeping. On nice days I also have a beautiful set of trails at work that I take advantage of and live in bliss amongst the sun and tree. I've also taken up Sun Gazing (when the sun is out) and that provides another opportunity for presence and meditation in the morning. Meditation is so huge. Thank you for the links to the mantra! I love the mantra and have already said it. I'm going to write it down until I've got it memorized (which shouldn't take long)! I've watched the notril breathing and meditation video and have watched it again just now. I will do the alternate nostril breathing tonight with a meditation to follow. All in the flow with the 5 Tibetans of course! Thanks so much for your guidance and positive feedback! You know it goes a long way! Bliss, Maggie ................... www.SpiritualCompassConnection.com www.blogtalkradio.com/AllWeAre p.s. Will get Watermelon my next shopping run! Water Water Water!
