Guest guest
Hello Chrism, Most of the safeties have become an integral part of my daily routine, but forgiveness has been a challenge. I will work on it. Thanks for your help. Guest guest
Hello Chrism, The logic of forgiveness is clear. Buddha said something to the effect " Holding anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned. " But negative emotions are hard to control. I will continue to work on this. Thanks for your guidance. Regards, Sanjiv , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Forgiveness unlocks the heart. Guest guest
Namaste dear Sanjiv this is a great quote from the Buddha, i have not heard of this one. . . how very true!. . .if only we could all have the integrity and honesty to deal with whatever the feelings or issues might be. . .that would be 90% of a more sane world, if they cannot find expression they do tend to come out in hurtful and dishonoring ways to both self and others. . .. thank you for posting this one, for it is a gem. . .sometimes a few words like this one can be such light. . .just this weekend i read quotes by Amma and both are so simple but as i allowed it to sink deep into the deep places of my life and heart they reveal the deepest truth for me at this time in my life and for the life i have known this time around. . . " #1. Human love arises out of selfishness. When our desires are thwarted, it is withdrawn. SELFLESS LOVE COMES ONLY FROM GOD, who is the embodiment of Love. Know this and realize God. #2. You can only feel love by expressing it. Thank you for blessing my day with your words. sincerely ordinary sparrow , " Sanjiv Sahay " <sanjivs77 wrote: > > Hello Chrism, > > The logic of forgiveness is clear.
