re: beautiful experience in meditation

Chrism and all,

I don't even know how to put this into words... words can't capture the beauty

of the experience. I did my afternoon meditation and I felt the most loving

inner caress, as if I was being stroked inside, and then there were these waves

of ecstasy that culminated in a full body org#sm. I felt this deeply loving

presence and felt (and feel) so loved. Just wanted to share this with my family

here.

What a wonderful experience, Jan. When experiences like that happen it makes you

realise that the Kundalini cannot be described using words in our everyday

language - it is past words.

 

What you are experiencing cannot be put down to human intervention, it has to be

of a divine nature in order to 'reach' your body, soul and mind in such an

intense way.

 

May this be the first of many for you.
