Guest guest
I am software engineer in NJ and I am a newbie in this field . I would like experiance Kundalini awakening . Can someone guide me step by step ? I have been practicing yoga and I have Kudalini Yantra image which I downloaded from internet . I do concentrate on centre and I feel it is moving . Is it just an illusion of eyes ? Any information on " Raj-Yoga " about how to do it will also be appreciated . I get a feeling on my forehead between eyebrows when I remove all thoughts from mind and concentrate. But it becomes hard to maintain that state .
