Guest guest
hi, my name is lucia, and I am 22 years old, from italy. I am very glad to have found this group, as I feel it is open and that i will learn a great deal here. I came to know the existence of kundalini through the sudden and intense awakening my boyfriend experienced almost 2 and a half years ago. since then it has become, though indirectly, a daily presence in my life as well... I had never heard of it before, but I had no trouble accepting and beliveing the strange and sometimes absurd experiences he described, the new needs and difficulties. it brought great change in both of us. I do not have an awakened kundalini myself, athough I very often experience energy moving when I am in good " connection " with my bf. it can get quite intense sometimes, with rushes from the low stomach area upwards, or " activation " of certan parts of the body, the smelling of strange fragrances that are not there at other times, the chest expanding and getting warm, like a ball, when the feeling of love and openness is strongest... I dont know what these could be, and why they occur only (at least with that intensity and ease) when I am with him.. but I would really like to be able to explore them deeper.. any advice would be wonderful I would like to start meditating too but dont know how to go about it. looking forward to gettiong to now all of you, hugs, lucia

Guest guest
hi , and others, thanks for the welcome. I am from northern italy, piemonte, in the langhe. it's a very beautiful place, in the middle of the hills, expetially in warm weather, there are so many beautiful places to go walking in. I have another question on the 5 tibetans.. are they to be done rithmically, breathe in/breathe out or can I " explore " the movement as I feel? the way I usually stretch is by doing simple stretches and feeling the pulls and releases, holding the same position for a while, till it feels explored. is it the same here? they do leave me feeling wondeful and loose! thank you all so much, it is wonderful to read all the posts, I like that it is so alive here. lucia
