I found the 5 tibetans videos, but could view only the first one.. the one about spinning. could you send me a link to the other ones, or is there somewhere they are described? Breathe in at the beginning of the movement and then on the return of the movement exhale. This isnt like Hatha Yoga or the traditional Indian styles of yoga. So no do not treat them in that way. Yes feel them and work with them and enjoy them but allow the unique qualities of the rhythm and the breathing and the movements to enchant you with every session of everyday that you practice them.
