Guest guest
Good morning everybody, and thank you for the warm welcome. It feels good to be part of this group and able to join in the conversations. About the lights, in Native traditions they're called spirit lights and they usually show up in ceremony. We invite them in, but I think they can't resist anyway because of the love! The way I was taught, the different colors represent different types of spirits, ie Eagle, Buffalo, etc, but that might just be a cultural artifact. I liked reading about the squiggly lights as being part of the interaction of prana and a person's energetic field. I have a friend who sees them and has wondered about them and I'll be happy to share that info with her. I'm so full of questions I hardly know where to start : ) I've been experiencing a lot of itching/burning/tingling sensations in my head, face and arms in the past several days. My skin is red off and on, and feels thick as if I'd been sunburned, even tho I've been staying out of the sun. I don't know if this is K related or something else. I've cut back on my K yoga practice this past week, mostly out of fatigue, and haven't been running much, also due to the fatigue (I like to run marathons). I practice the Safeties but don't do the compression breathing on a regular basis, and haven't done the Tibetans, although I've been drawn to them. I'm wondering if I should go ahead and do those things? I meditate/pray/contemplate on a regular basis and eat watermelon like it's going out of style! Any feedback or advice would be welcome. Thanks again. Peace, Shaz
Guest guest
Hello Shaz, Please descibe to me if you will how it is you are partaking of the Kundalini " excess " from another person? Yes for your symptoms I will suggest a thorough practice of the safeties and the five Tibetans. Watermelon and meditation. Baking soda baths twice a week and following the dietary restrictions. Vit. C complex 500 to 1000 mgs with rutin, hesperiden and citrus bioflavinols 100 mgs of each. Selenium 200 mcg and zinc 100 mgs. B 100 and vit E 400 iu's. All taken with bfood preferably in the morning with the morning meal. Only twice or three times a week you choose. Be aware of the food choices as Shakti will indicate for you in this area. Do not worry about the rigidity of the skin as it is a natural response of the actual skin cells that are being Shaktivated into certain repose. They are being held in the Kundalini current and in this way they will feel thick and slightly burned. This is the Kundalini. Stop the K yoga merely for a time and replace it with the Tibetans only and the after meditation as they are balanced in the Kundalini expression. Go for a three a.m. practice if you can. Outdoors minimally dressed is best. Keep the rectal and genital areas well ventilated and clean as much as you possibly can. You will receive indications from the Shakti. Try as best that you can to become able to discern these messages. If you are uncertain run it by the group or myself privately if it is personal. The Kundalini will sap some of your strength in the early process and for use with in the process so no worries. Understand what is occurrng and surrender any controls you might normally wish to invoke. No stimulants or energy drinks. Follow the dietary standards as outlined in the safeties. Bare feet to bare ground as much as you can and if you can go bare perineum to bare ground in meditation then so much the better. Be discerning about the former. Keep us apprised of your progress Shaz! - blessings to you! - chrism , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: > > > Good morning everybody, and thank you for the warm welcome.
