Guest guest
The Prana lights or those squiggly lights that can be seen when looking at the daytime sky. They are small and are not as bright as the other Kundalini indiced luminous phenomena. Discarnate consciousness as the Native American Traditions suggest are the lights that come floating into the visual field quite bright and easy to notice. Usually solitary though they can come in groups of three or four though for me it has been rare. Like back lit diamonds of different colors. These are actual consciousness in an Orb or mini Sun shape perhaps even enlightened consciousness. The Kundalini lights are the larger lights that the Prana lights in my experience. They are also quite bright usually of a silver or gold white valence. They can be many and can travel in such a way as to indicate a tail like the tail of a comet. They can be triggered for viewing by turning the neck to one side or the other and or gentle spine twists. Yoga positions can trigger them. These are bright about equal in brilliance as the Orb consciousness lights though of a different quality. - my experience with them. - -- In , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: Good morning everybody, and thank you for the warm welcome. Guest guest
Hello dear Chrism, I was wondering about the lights that come on the inner field of vision. They come to me and wash over my face, gold at times, white at other times. Sometimes globes, sometimes waves going from side to side, always washing over me. Its quite beautiful. Sometimes they just go into one eye, then the other. Any insight or information on those? Thank you. Guest guest
These would be the reflections that are discernible from the holy experience. This is a different variety than the three explained and there are many, many varieties of light to be experienced! So enjoy Dhyana! Guest guest
Hi All, I find this discussion on the little lights and squiggly bits very interesting. I have been seing such lights and shiny worm-like things for many years, even as a child. I used to call them faries. I was under some stress on day while visiting my Dr. and I told him I could see thses things moving around in front of me and he said they were " floaters " . He told me not to worry unless my eyesight got worse. I still see then today but usually after meditation and times of stillness. So thank you for the explainations. Guest guest
I do a spinal twist lots of time and have been doing it for years. The golden white orb I saw last summer, I think I did one of my spinal twist prior too seeing it. I do it soon after I wake up every morning, actually. Anyways, the orb I saw was about 10 or 12 inches in diameter at first and grew to about eight feet. As it grew the outer edges showed rainbow colors with the white golden in center. I saw it about 3 or 4 times through out last summer/early fall. The last time I saw it, it stayed small in size and when I left the room it stay before me all the way into the living room, then it faded away. Valerie, I tried speaking to it, too.
