Prayers twice a day. For the forgiveness and the emotional balances as much of the time as you can. For the Tibetans once or twice a day is fine and for you Lucia no more than six (6) repetitions for each Tibetan. Make sure for the first Tibetan that you spin to the right. You are supposed to feel dizzy. As soon as you do six of them lay down and begin the leg lifts and allow the dizzyness to be carried into that movement. This is using the dizzyness as a tactile symbol of Kundalini being pulled up to the next part of the body. Service for others? As much as you can safely do. Fearlessness? As much as you can do. Love for self and others? As much as you can do! Changing the attitude and behaviors of the enertainment options? As much as possible.
