Thats really awesome that your husband has had the sweep, WOW. Great just great.

 

I feel excited to think of a kundalini couple.

 

 

 

I take it you are reffering to the 5th tibetan excercise, the cobra bend?

 

  For the back bends, he should just try to push back as far as he can

go, it makes no difference if he cannot bend as far as another person.

 

Body builders need to learn flexibility within their muscles.

 

 

 

My advice is to just use the head to look back as far as he can. Having a

flexibile spine is soooooo important in life.
