Guest guest
You may find that the nutrient pull from the Kundalini can bring about scenarios that are not the most pleasant if not given what it requires inside of contemporary modern civilization. However as you have such an excellent support system in place with your community I am given that you can eat as you wish. Care may be given to take your self away from the many interferences of modern life. Electromagnetic fields, micro waves, long wave, short wave, television signal, radio signal, the pollutants of the world, the highly processed foods, the toxic foods, the indoor pollutants, and those qualities of natures revenge such as radon and the many molds and other micro life communities that have come to help the human understand that the path of destruction works both ways. The vitamins I mention are for the properties of protection and balance from the interference from many levels of contemporary society and though it isn't so easy to take the person away from the modern life one can provide the human system with the tools of detoxification from other vectors. Your choices are intact. The Shakti will still guide you and help you into understandings of what to do. So yes your fresh and brightly colored foods if this pleases you. Thank you for the explanation about the energetic sharings. What a loving and significant kindness your community demonstrates for those inside of difficulties. With the Kundalini without guidance it can be a very traumatic experience and so your community shows great depth of care and understanding that more energy isn't always better. Blessings to all within your sacred community! One aspect may wish to be considered in this scenario. When we pull the butterfly out of the cocoon it will often die. When we help the baby bird to fly by taking it out of the nest and dropping it off of the high point. It can often not survive. Kindness can sometimes, not always but sometimes, take the strength away from that which is using the struggle for greater purpose. There are aspects of this with the Kundalini as well. Sometimes we must suffer to be strengthened. I will ask that you prepare yourself for some suffering Shaz. Shakti is wise and in her wisdom will you be given challenges that will not be able to be shared by the kind and considerate people around you. This is to bring you the strength and authentic learning that only the struggle can bring. Nothing will be beyond your abilities and yet nothing will be given that you can connect a reference to. From your point of internal struggle and loneliness will you be given the opportunity to ask for guidance from this cyber community and your physical community and the guidance may serve you but you will face these challenges alone with the guidance there to serve you, if it does indeed serve you. Kundalini blends the spiritual with the physical and unless you are a highly trained individual with much experience in the spiritual realms then there may be some struggle for you. This is natural and part of the process. There are many gifts as well and these gifts go beyond the ability of language to aptly describe. They can be ecstatic! And blissful and brilliant and poignant. Many teachings and many opportunities await the person walking this path. Comfort is sometimes to be sacrificed for the harder truths to be gained. This is merely something I bring up as the natural force of the Kundalini has this propensity. We are supposed to be challenged. Not to the point of death though! So once again many blessings to you and your wonderful community! - chrism , " shaktiaz " <shaktiaz wrote: >Chrism, >Thank you for the dietary and skin care advice. Guest guest
Thank you, chrism, for your guidance, advice and warning. I hear you. It's been a rough ride, but an amazing adventure! Within my cultural framework, I've noticed that once a person commits to the Red Road, they begin to experience what people on this list call " karma burn. " Sometimes literally -- two people I know lost everything to apartment fires. Others have gone through deaths, assaults, illnesses, divorces, etc. It seems that everything gets heightened, sped up. We've taken to warning people about that ahead of time to make sure they're serious about their pledge, but there's no way to prepare for it. You just have to go through it. For me, within a year of my pledge, I experienced kidnap, assault, robbery, the death of two friends and the injury of a third when a mountain fell on them (I had planned to stay the night with them but got a ride out of town, just wasn't my time), the death of my father, and the dissolution of my local community. That was a lot for teenager to go through. But I also experienced amazing love and insights into the spiritual realm and human experience that I don't think I could have had otherwise. I suspect that many of the preparations one has to go through for ceremony are designed to help build what we refer to as the K energy, then channel and release it in a controlled manner. That's what has been coming to me, anyway, as I've pondered these things over the past year. Not sure why I'm sharing all this, except that it's nice to have a place to talk about them. My journey has taken me off the map. Way, way off the map. I feel limited in my ability to share some of my experiences with the people around me, so having a place like this list feels like a refuge, a lily pad in a very large pond! Thanks for reading, listening. And thank you for your guidance and support, chrism! Peace, Shaz
