Guest guest
The Tibetans were referred to an individual earlier with 3 am as the preferred time to do them. So I then wondered if the Tibetans are a good thing to do when I wake up between 2 - 3 am. I have slept well this week, but sometimes it goes for a stretch. Sometimes I stay awake for 2 hours and I am tired when I wake up for work at 6 am. Does anyone have suggestions for falling back asleep? I have also considered just staying awake and then trying to have a nap in the day. Unfortunately I cannot say I do the Tibetans regularly. Perhaps this is part of my difficulty. Thank you everyone for your contributions. It is all very helpful and I enjoy reading the postings. Carla
Guest guest
Chrism can answer best .......but I think 5 Tibetans wake you up......I would do these early in am at 6am or 7am......then in an evening latest 7 or 8pm. Then 3am is for meditation. Then go back to sleep...................,have a chat with Shakti see if she will cut a deal with you to set up your practice. Guest guest
Yes cut that deal! But make sure you honor the percentages! - lol! Your sleep patterns may experience some shifts as you mature into the expression. These will stabilize as the balances are given. So be patient. In regards to the Tibetans once upon rising (whenever that is) and once upon retiring (whenever that is) is the maximum pattern of practice I will suggest. - blessings to you! - chrism , " Igor Alphus " <Alphu-s wrote: .................,have a chat with Shakti see if she will cut a deal with you to set up your practice. >
