Hi Shaz,

 

Karma Burn is a nice way to put it.. something that also interestes me and

something I have noticed...I watched another Kundalini teacher on youtube (I

forget his name) and he said that there is a direct link between K. and Karma,

and that once its activated, it brings the Karma fairly rapidly into awareness

so it can be cleared away... that makes sense from my experience and

understanding of the process
