Guest guest
You are doing the Tibetans nine times a day? If this is so please back off of them down to twice a day morning and evening. Too much stimulation can cause imbalances for a system that may not be in the quality of balance to receive such over stimulation. It is possible to " drown " in milk. - blessings Ali! - chrism

Guest guest
Ali; Did you mean you were doing 9 reps of each of the 5 exercises, or that you were doing 21 reps of each exercise - 9 times, (which would be 189 reps per day.) I think thought the later, and I am not sure what you mean either. I do 11-12 reps of each Tibetan exercise in the am and pm, and Im working up to 21 reps, by adding one each day.
