Guest guest
Hello Lucia, This is pertaining to the insertion of something other than the five Tibetan rites while inside of the practice of them. As you know there is a rhythm and a reason for the expression of these rites as they are given. So your pedal practices will not in anyway have adverse effect upon you unless you replace a Tibetan with the pedaling activity. , " lari.lu " <lari.lu wrote: > > is doing other kinds of stretches at other times of the day to be avoided as well? Guest guest
No no no no no. I didn't mean to imply any substitution with the rite in itself. I was merely asking if there were any stretches per se that would assist **ASIDE** from the 5 tibetan exercise. I'm not going to send any more emails about this but let me state clearly what I meant so as not to confuse anyone ANYMORE and get off the subject already. Like he already works out. Someone suggested that he didn't stretch properly after his workout which is true. Therefore I will suggest after his weight lifting to properly stretch his pec and shoulder muscles. By no means am I suggesting any substitution. Let me get that clear. He works his arm muscles WITH GENERAL EXERCISE and since he doesn't stretch the position is difficult. I understand it is a rite and so on. I am not trying to alter the recipe. I was merely asking about a stretch to assist in flexibility ASIDE from the 5 tibetans... with the 5 tibetans as they are AS THEY ARE. LOL. I hope everyone understands and I ask to please listen to my words as they are. They have been greatly misconstrued. Thanks to the person whom suggested proper stretching after his weight lifting. That is the answer I was looking for. So that said. I appreciate the advice and thank you for all of your feedback. Thanks....
