Hi everyone...chrism, you've mentioned baking soda on several occasions to do

with alkalizing the body and releasing things being held. I'm wondering if you

can drink a small solution of it with lots of water to do this throughout the

body or would this be harmful? This is not the same thing as seltzer or club

soda, right?

I'm going through some pain in my lower back which is either muscle related or

internal organ related. It may be K building up for something but it's been 2

months and I really just want it to go away. I did drink maybe a teaspoon in a

large glass of water yesterday and thought it helped a bit. But I'm afraid to do

it too much because of side effects it might have(like raising blood pressure or

harming kidneys)? I'm leaving for the UK soon so won't be able to check in here

much but would like to know somehow. Can you advise, please? I know the baths

are beneficial and they help a bit but I want to alkalinize internally as well.

Food is one way, a slower way but how about something quicker?

Thank you and hope I'm not asking for something out of line. You'll tell me if

it is, I know! LOL

Much love,

Valarie

This is the Kundalini my dear Valarie! Do not drink the baking soda. Bathe in it

or use it for baking. Your Kundalini is applying pressure. I can help you

resolve it but it is a deeply personal process and not appropriate for these

pages.
