So though it isnt set aside for a selected few the person will often need to be in a place where the special skill is used responsibly though this isnt always the case. The Shaktipat will pull from the active practice of the safeties via the Scatterfield. Scattterfield will modulate and read that individual practice opening or closing its field as per the agreement given between it and the Kundalini consciousness. What gifts are given are determined by the Shakti and the persons Karma.
