Hi and everyone! Just want to say thank you Chrism, I feel great today,

lots of energy, got alot accomplished! Many many thanks, feel so much better.

I bought some watermelon and had some strawberries tonight too. I remember

someone posted about the strawberry tip. So thank you for that, they help the

kidney/adrenals. At least for me.

I have been doing the " tequila " thing without the tequila. This is my

question...I think? I read that salt - natural sea salt also helps the

kidneys/adrenals.

So I've been doing the sea salt on my hand, taking that in, then a shot of a

noncaffeinated drink and then a lime. I'm having way too much fun here. So thats

how I've been getting in the minerals/seasalt.

My blood pressure tends to be on the lower side so the salt is ok there.

Is that ok though?? Hope so ... its kinda fun and maybe it'll help strengthen

that area? But all feels good so thats nice! (:

Thank you again (:

Hey debs, long time no speak, glad to see you pop in again. You sound much better

now, are the visitors gone?

I too am working on kidney issues so will try strawberries, I asked my kidneys

what colour clothes they like me to wear, they told me blue so I've been wearing

blue! I told my friend I've been talking to my kidneys and it really made her

laugh, she thinks I'm a little bit lala.

Hugs and love elektra x x x

Hi Lekky,

Nice to talk to you again girl! (:

Also the banana a day helps me, beside the watermelon and strawberries. I don't

want to say the " Sea Salt " I now put on my watermelon as I eat it is good for

everyone but it seems to be helping me so far. The minerals I guess? Again my

blood pressure tends to stay on the low side and I kept getting this " feeling "

that this would help. So it may just be a " personal " message. ha

For me the kidneys/adrenals are more intense during say " allergy " season - you

know if it rains alot the mold count goes up - anyway last August was more

intense. I've been reading of your different fastings and cleansings in this

matter. I too think this helps the body - the organs having an easier time then

- but know it may not be healthy for all to do. But I really appreciate hearing

all your stories and helpful tips!!! They are not only helpful but inspiring

too!! So thank you! Oh and I'm not ignoring your other question, but if its okay

I'll save that for another time. Much much love to you our Lekky Girl!

So nice to talk to you!

Deb,

I came across this item and it brought to mind your salt craving... your

subconscious wish? :)

'A spiritual tale from India tells of a doll made of salt who was in search of

God. The doll fulfills her quest by jumping into the ocean - completely

dissolving herself into the love of the divine. This demonstrates the attitude

of supreme surrender — where the devotee of God is immersed in an ocean of

divine bliss.'
