Guest guest
This is a necessity if one is to have a corporeal teacher. The teacher is being given the instructions for the student from Kundalini. The teacher is infused with the Kundalini for which the Shaktipat is given to the student. Never surrender to the ego or the personality of the teacher! Teacher should have these aspects of themselves in surrender to the Kundalini as well but not all do. As Kundalini speaks to the teacher so does the teacher speak to the student. How then can one tell if the teacher they have chosen is authentic? How can one be sure they are not being manipulated or deceived by one who is in possession of skills that outweigh the students methods of discernment? " By their fruits shall you know them! " " By their truths shall you know them! " " By their actions shall you know them! " By the grace of the divine will you be given that special calling or feeling that " This is right. This is true " Those who are in a certain station within the Kundalini activation and awakening process will benefit from a teacher. One that they can understand and see and hear and question. One who will assist and train and help the student upon this sometimes difficult Kundalini path. Sometimes this can come as a training of the ego whereby the individual is given towards a realization that they must have some help with this experience. Some do not or cannot do this and they can suffer. We all stand on the shoulders of those who have come before us whether inside of the Kundalini or any other earthly experience. We come as children first. Eventually the teacher will give way to the Kundalini Shakti as the student comes closer into the conscious divine embrace. This is as it should be in my humble opinion. So use your discernment when deciding upon a corporeal teacher. Let them have a track record of authenticity and behavior that reflect your personal guidelines. Your personal understandings of truth and authenticity. Beware of self inflicted perfection. Beware of self aggrandizement. Beware of the displays of exalted gifts. Do the research and then if it " feels " right come into the guidance and information as is given from that one who is merely ahead of you on this very similar path. - chrism
