Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Hi everyone, feeling the need to touch base. I had a weird day yesterday. I worked a little and then was so tired, almost like drugged yet at the same time I was restless and wanting to eat all the time. I realized this and just sat with how I felt. It was as if something was trying to come through & I needed to give it space. I felt a heaviness on my chest like a brick and yet had all this s@xual energy coursing through my lower body. As I sat with the heaviness on my chest I got these images of myself as a young child in the dark in a bed & very scared. The feelings that came out were primal, my body shook, I cried. Then I later did my prayers and meditation, and felt again the most loving, caressing energy enveloping my whole body. Woke up and felt the need to get out in nature so went to my mountain. Its very humid and hot here in Arkansas. I thought how I wished I had my camera to take a picture to show y'all. I'll do that next time. It overlooks the land and lakes below. I saw a lizard on the rocks and thought of you Paul. This lizard looked up at me and it had a beautiful turquoise belly and it was doing push ups against the rock.
