Guest guest Posted June 13, 2009 Report Share Posted June 13, 2009 Hi Julia, I've been getting those, too. It started a few weeks ago as itching and tingling across my head, eyebrows, chest and arms. The face tingles have since spread down the sides of my nose and under my lower lip to my chin. The outline it describes reminds me of one of those Roman battle helmets with the metal pieces that cover the nose and come up the chin. Sometimes when my head and face and arms and chest all tingle at once, it feels like I'm turning into an eagle. It's especially strong when I'm meditating, in the company of someone who is activated, or if I'm in a place where people pray. It wiggles and worms and twitches and dances and itches itches itches, but I don't think it's visible. Well, at least nobody's said anything so far! Enjoy the upgrade!
