Had a rather intense cramp in my right calf for quite some time...Did you hear me yelling? ha So I am mainly only eating fruit now to help keep me hydrated and have added the bannanas to my list of watermelon, pineapple, and cherries. I stopped with the limes today because I was really going to town on those last night and I think I remember someone once telling me they can act as a diuretic ... not sure if that is even true or not ... and I do like my lemons also. Not sure that has the same affect or not. So after that cramp I was putting my natural " sea Salt " right on the watermelon and having it that way - without the limes. Today it rained here and sometimes the mold count from the rain bothers me or in August something in the air starts that leg cramping too - like a seasonal allergy - so I've got my " Icey Hot " muscle relaxer on there and now I'm sure I'm getting enough potassium, and really making that watermelon and fruit my main diet to help keep hydrated...and no caffeine... But really I feel GREAT! So many thanks! Hope I didn't post too much in one day... You know from lurkville to ... Gosh that girl can talk... Thank you for this beautiful gift Chrism!
