Working with kids has given me an opportunity to build my immune system that I

thought was really in good shape - NOT- I got a cold - so on Sat I went out to a

park to sun sit and burn it out - well stupid me despite warnings I did not wear

sunscreen so I got a nice burn on my chest and arms - being up 7200 feet

sealevel will do it in short time.

I do not feel bad just have been coughing and sneezing and runny nose and some

burn discomfort but I found some aloe with lidocaine and that helped as well as

some healing oil. The cold is getting hit with vits and juices so today I will

attempt work and hope not to cough all over every one.

I think this may be a K cleansing activity as well - I stayed in all day on sun

to rest but could not sleep at all -

Last night when I woke up I felt a thumping in my right lower leg above the

ankle- it was very strong and from the inside - I just laid there thinking what

does K have to do there - a strange area yet who am I to question- it lasted a

few minutes then stopped - I was thinking about all the thumping movement

reports here in the list and it was nice to be part of these activities -

This a.m. I am doing ok - I just pray the cold does not go into my lungs which

is where it used to end up all the time - this is my first cold in 10 years so I

have to try to remember what to do- actually I am doing little just resting as

much as possible and juices - will do a baking soda bath tonight -got some zinc

drops and will get some cough drops to keep from coughing today -

Just a sharing ...
