White smoke/fog?

I felt something crawling up my leg. I even had my hairbrush sitting on my leg

and it pushed it off. It was big.

 

Then it seemed the room was vibrating like someone was running up the stairs.

 

Earlier today I had a dream which I posted in my blog about my heart chakra

entity/fear/etc cleansing. So I know it is in my throat now as that is the next

logical place? I'm not sure.

 

Well after the vibrating I went outside and I see smoke all over the place.

White smoke. It is so bad I thought there was a nearby fire. I looked everywhere

and there is none. It is like a few houses away there is a big fire.

 

The mist is everywhere except for what is 10 feet ahead of me.

 

Is this normal? What is this? There is no fire lol.
