Guest guest
I posted this in the wrong place by accident. I meant to have it as new post. So here it is, The fast, a question Why do we fast? And do I really need to do it? Is it about cleansing? I have been cleansing for over 25 years. I do a major cleans at least once a year. I have done almost every type of cleans you can imagine; 3 weeks fasts (several dozen times), colonics, liver flush, herbal programs, homeopathic, etc. I am vegetarian and eat mostly organic food and do a one day a week fast along with a colon cleans (I use colozone and phylium seed husks , wow!) Is it a show of dedication? I am dedicated, I won't list the ways. I find fasting taxing at this point. I can do it but…I just don't feel the need. (I don't mean that I am lazy. I am sensing/feeling that I do not need it.) Am I wrong? Is the fast an important part of the Shaktipat? Will I be missing something if I don't fast? Will I receive the Shaktipat better if I do fast? The fast always seems to fall on a holiday, this time fathers day. Not seeing or eating with my father and my wife's fathers is difficult. It is a stress for other around me, my wife and family. In a perfect world I would be able to totally cater to myself and devote myself to my family. But it is not a perfect world, so I do what I can. rich
Guest guest
It doesn't matter if you fast or not, some people will feel the need to eat MORE during shaktipat, its a personal choice, listen to your inner voice and see what it says. love elektra x x x
