No problem Keith,

Twin hearts is no longer part of my daily core. As far as ACIM , I am doing

one exercise per day ,and not very involved with it , I started because was

recommended by Eckhart Tolle. What was valuable for me about ACIM so far is

that it helped me realized that external situations are consequence of my

internal state , otherwise , I'm not fanatical about it
