Guest guest
Namaste All, Thought I would share the appearance of an auspicious gift that came to me on the eve of Summer Solstice Shaktipat. I have been seeing elephants everywhere since I came on board KAS-1 about 3 months ago, which says indicates the presence of Ganesha, who has since blessed me with appearances in meditation, which i feel is something of a sponsorship. So it's rare that a day goes by that I don't see at least one elephant somewhere in my experience. I've been looking for an elephant for my meditation area at home, but haven't seen any that really resonate... today take a random turn down an aisle while shopping at Target, to see a pair of gorgeous elephants with baskets on their backs, as tealight candleholders. I found my elephants and they're perfect! I take this as an auspcious sign for the shaktipat experience, not just for myself, as it seems from reading all the posts here, we share many many of the same experiences. Just to set the mood and follow the tradition of a Ganesh invocation before embarking on a venture, I offer the following, that each and every one have a blessed and fruitful shaktipat/sitepat: Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah RELEASE FROM EGOITY Aum, Shri Ganeshaya namah! O keeper of the gate to the life of Sanatana Dharma, open that gate for me to feel Your intricate mind moving all things toward the world of the Gods. Open the gate for me to a life of continuous worship. Let me enter a new world where my ego is not my God. Open the gate; let me through to Your blissful world of trust, love and harmony. Ganesha sharanam, sharanam Ganesha. TRADITIONAL SALUTATION Praise be to elephant-faced Ganesha, the Incomprehensible One with a sharp tusk, three eyes and capacious belly, King of all beings, the Eternal One of blood-red hue, Whose forehead is illuminated by the new moon, Son of Siva-Shakti, Remover of all difficulties. Ganesha sharanam, sharanam Ganesha. Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah Aum Shri Ganeshaya Namah (from Loving Ganesh, http://www.himalayanacademy.com/resources/books/lg/lg_ch-11.html) Namasté ~Delia " As below, so above; and as above so below. With this knowledge alone you may work miracles. And since all things exist in and emanate from the ONE Who is the ultimate Cause, so all things are born after their kind from this ONE.
