The contradictions and the experience of the extreme opposites Lucia. This IS an indication that you have indeed found that which has been seeking you. You will be emotional and tired and hyper excited sometimes within the space of an instant. At this point Lucia do not force the forgiveness these will be given to you as the Kundalini knows you can have them and yet do remain " open " for them to come. You are in these initial stages of the Kundalini Consciousness becoming open within Lucia so please know this and understand this and welcome these experiences. Do the meditations as you are given to do them Remember we are not leaping tall buildings the first day of Shaktipat! - lol. You are aware of how you feel and go with that. Everyday read what is given and do these exercises in the way that you feel you can or are given intuitive direction to do. Wear the colors and do the breathing as " best " that you can but if you are directed not to do so then do not. B;liss is not far away and as this comes it may also feel as if a good cry is coming upon you and yet in this case it will be sobs of love and joy and completion. Your body will sob. Y0our heart will be full to overflowing. Let it come and remember your surrender. As you are discovering love is all around you all of the time. It just takes a certain perspective to notice and embrace it. Take these walks and know these joys. Look around you and feel the permeation of love everywhere and understand that this is also an awareness that is of the Kundalini. A way of interaction with the divine that is all around and of what and who we are. Answer the call to slow down. Let that be OK for you. As you do this stay awake and yet allow a certain kind of release of control over your awareness to occur. Guest guest Posted June 22, 2009 Report Share Posted June 22, 2009 today was good.. I am finding my place in the meditation and it feels good. I went for a walk again this evening, and it was as full and rich as yesterday, but in a different way. it was more " fatherly " today, and had to do more with the sky then yesterday.. it was full of the little dancing lights too I have a question though chrism, you instruct to do the tibetans 21 times during the shaktipat (T 1 on day one, T 1+2 on day 2 and so on) but I am only doing 6 as regular practice, and wheile it is easy to do the 21 spins, I can get no where near the 21 leg ups of the second tibetan.. my abs are not in the best of shape ;o) so am I to keep doing six of each or what? thanks!! lucia Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
