Guest guest
Greetings Lucia, I am new to this group as well. It's a pleasure to make your acquaintance. I posted for the first time today and it was about my experience w/ the 5 Tibetan Rites. I have questions. I can only do 2 reps for the 4th and 5th rite and maybe a few more with the others but for some reason it was intuitive that I could only do what I was able. OR maybe I READ it somewhere. LOL! Either way said it so simply and directly - that we are where we are. Blessings and love and light w/ abundant joy to you! ~Jaye , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Where ever you are inside of your five Tibetans is " your " personal Twenty One reps. Guest guest
welome jaye, it's a mighty wonderful place to be, this group!! I read your post earlier, can't ansuer your questions really as I am so new to it yet, but I'm doing the tibetans, and feeling wonderful I was doing exercises of that type already, so the perception of immediate results it less noticeable I think for that reason. I think (but this is just a thought) that maybe if you were not doing any kind of stretch before, that is why you feel so much difference.. it happens to me too when I go a long time with no stretch. you release a lot of tensions all of a sudden and the body just loves it.. or at least mine does ) the biggest change for me starting here is the set up of a practice, committing time for something I feel is good for me and is actually becoming a necessity. I feel a sense of relaxation and peacefulness that I may have felt before too, but in a more confused and sporadical way, doubting my inner feelings and lots of mental jumble.. it's like I have a stronger foundation now, so I waver less.. the meditiaion feels so good!! and I dont even know how to do it really yet lol! but I like it so much anyway I feel like I am doing housecleaning! love to all, lucia , " jaydin1113 " <jaydin1113 wrote: > > > > > Greetings Lucia, I am new to this group as well.
