Trying to release and forgive my anger

I've been wading through the daily emails trying to catch up (I'm a little OCD

like that) and the somewhat recent posts about surrender and forgiveness got me

thinking about my own pent up anger. So last night I decided to lie down, relax

my spine, and just think about my bodily tensions which I know are a result of

this anger. Specifically, my jaw and neck muscles tend to be clenched all the

time.

As I felt the sensations in these areas my mind started whirling. After a few

ego trips down memory lane I tried to re-focus and send love, relaxation,

somewhat forgiveness (hard to forgive what I don't perceive but I try). A new

phenomena happened to me. I got " dream images " of a white judge type character

sitting in a large office/court with dark wood and elegance, etc. My vision was

very patchy, but he seemed to be a rather pompous and judgmental (no pun

intended) kind of guy. I just relaxed and rolled with it, then all of a sudden

a communication happens (too fast or something, I didn't really get it) and the

judge character says " Yeah, I'd like to see (or go) that hall " or something to

that effect. He had an entitled attitude or something...

Little did he know. I think this was in response to someones post about Kali

and her tigers doing a dismemberment, because suddenly a hundred 10 foot tall

swords popped up around him and snapped shut. Here I lost contact.

Anyway, I found it very intriguing. I wasn't asleep and I wasn't directing in

the slightest. I have never had such vivid (and it wasn't all that vivid :\)

visuals before when " day dreaming " .

The one thing I know for sure, and this was a nice affirmation, is that the

power of intention is ridiculously strong!! Someone mentioned a quote from

their grandma saying " The path to hell is paved with good intentions " so I guess

we should be veeerrry careful about our intentions and make sure its not just

another ego game.

Blessings and thanks for reading,

Gabriel

I enjoyed your " ego trips down memory lane " - they are so enticing and so easy

to get snared up in there...for me anyway

Kinda hard not to wake up after all those swords...enjoyed reading this. I have

tripped my self up quite a bit on this " Power of Suggestion " - another reason I

don't watch tv much -

Love those lucid experiences!

Thanks Deb,

I tend to ramble on sometimes, glad you enjoyed it! Sounds like a good idea to

not watch TV, there are just so many messages bombarding you visually and

through sound that some are bound to mess with you. Imagine a big-pharma ad

popping into your dreams, the side effects alone would give you nightmares lol.
