I downloaded a video called

The.Fountain.of.Youth.-.The.Secret.Tibetan.Exercises

it seems pretty old.. maybe early 90s. they teach the first Tibetan differently.

instead of both palms down, its alternate where the left palm is up and the

right palm is down. also the spinning is anti-clockwise instead of clockwise.

I was just wondering if this makes a difference at all in comparison to how

Chrism teaches it?

I have the book in which the date it was copywritten is 1985. Ther are pictures

in the book and instructions and it shows the guy with fingers together palms

down just like chrism demonstrated and from the instruction in my book it says

to do the spins clockwise.

The book I have is written by Peter Kelder. The original copy of his book was

called " The Eye of Revelation, which was copy written in 1939.
