Third eye advice

Since yesterday and the astral incident I have had popping sensations around

both of my temples. Well today something entirely different and unexpected

happened.

 

I meditated (I was completely conscious, not in a vibrational state) and

suddenly I felt this tingling on my third eye area. Not just tingling, like

something was happening. Hard to describe the energy. At the same time, a severe

itch on the right side of my face and below the third eye opening. The itching

and discomfort vanished.

 

When that happened what felt like an energetic tube or finger went over and

around my face on the left side. It wrapped under my chin and down into my

throat. The sensation dissipated.

 

After a moment my heart started pounding. After that the sensation dissipated

and then I felt that same thing go down my right arm. It dissipated.

 

I then felt this pressure right below my rib cage, my solar plexus area. On my

stomach. It eventually subsided. Took a bit longer than everything else but it

passed.

 

After ending meditation I felt my root tingling and my sacral area tingling.

Then my throat pulsing again and feels sort of tight. Like something is pushing

in. At the same time I felt it go up the right side of my face opposite of the

first sensation.

 

Now I am getting twitches all around my third eye area. Itching on my face and

body.

 

I now know it has hit my third eye. I would like to know if these is anything I

can do to assist the opening and clearing of this Chakra.

I would pull back in any attempt to manipulate the dynamics of the sixth chakra.

Allow the restructuring to go as it pleases and if you are given for any certain

instructions or intuitions to do a certain thing or not to do a certain thing

then as best that you can follow those intuitive counselings.

 

The Kundalini knows what to do. Be assured that it will do what is in the agenda

for you with out your ego helping. You are coming along very well in my humble

opinion. When and if you feel a bump protruding from the third eye region do not

be surprised as this will merely be part of the process of its further

That is good to know about the bump, else I would wonder if something was awry.

I will remain calm and allow the kundalini to do as it pleases and surrender as

always. I will do as I usually do and eat what feels fit. But yeah I will leave

my ego out of it!! Sounds like great advice to me. My ego needs some Valium

anyways =)

 

I guess I will update as this goes on. Can't wait to read more shaktipat and K

experiences as well from everyone here.

Love reading your posts Tiffany! Mine vibrates alot and feels something like a

screwdriver is stuck in there turning! It doesn't hurt - just pressure. But that

was some experience. The strangest sensations seem to come with this! (: I'm

glad you described it - just in case someone has it too - they'll know its

normal...(well for us anyway) (:
