Guest guest
So in a way any perception of energy moving or charging is related to kundalini? Interesting.. I must admit I have a sort of " mental image " of what it is supposed to be, because of the clear cut way my boyfriend awakened.. in my mind that is K and anything that isn't like that is not it. I never spoke of it with anyone else, and never read much on the subject till I joined this group.. I do have a bit of awe twards the whole thing. His case is somewhat similar to Tiffany's I think, from what I gather of her experiences. spontaneous, overwelming, scary (for him, I dont know about Tiffany) in the beginning. I have trouble considering anything other then the mental image I have of his experience an expression of kundalini (expecially when it regards myself)... so though I know in my head it is not necessarely so, I dont quite take what happenes to me seriously, if you get what I mean by that.. by the way, I got the top of my head tingeling today and also.. I seem to have taken to meditating lying down... is there a " better " position to meditate or is anything that works for me good, as the general rule seems to be ? dont excuse yourself about the italian I love it!! lucia > Kundalini is connected to the spine and IS associated to the spine. The spine is connected to every part of the body - front, back, side top, bottom, inside, outside. Kundalini will gradually or abruptly select which area(s) it will infuse and when. -imho. - chrism >
