My week so far

Shaktipat -summer Soltice 2009

1st day

I woke about 5:30 with my root chakra humming/tingling. I was excited about that

and got up and did my first round for the day. Excited about getting to do the

chakra breathing again. Then went back to bed and had some nice dreams. The

vibrating tingling in the root chakra has stayed with me the whole day. There

was much little fizzies,tinglings all over my body, but especially strong on my

left side at solar plexus area. I have had a pain there for about a year now,

that shows up off and on..no pain there today though... just the fizzies. My

flow up the spine has been very smooth with no pressure, just little blissful

feelings going up and throughout my body. I feel great!

 

2nd day

The root chakra is still doing what it was doing yesterday and sacral chakra is

added to but not quite as strong as the root, but still the flow is smooth up my

back with even stronger blissful feelings. The little electric sensation in the

left solar plexus area is still there today. This was a very busy day, with not

much alone time until evening. Spent most of the evening in meditation and all

and listening to music ... catching up on reading the posts from the groups. I

had nice pleasent dreams again. Day two, another wonderful shaktipat day! I

watch the videos Dhyana gave in the program for the day. I am enjoying those

Dhyana...Thanks!

 

3rd day

I woke from having pleasent dreams again, but my t-shirt was twisted like I had

moved a lot in my sleep, but don't recall doing that. I woke up in the same

position I feel asleep in. I slept with my left ear bent and it was hurting. I

remember only a small portion of the last dream I was having. I was talking to

someone about Shakti. I had the day to myself, so was able to more evenly space

the three set of Tibetans and all. I only did a few household chores and spent

most of whole day to meditating and prayer. My energy is still flowing NICE!

This feels so good! I could just stay this way forever!

 

During the meditation after the second session, I had a vision of Shakti's full

face with smiling lips, when that faded an image of Jesus's face appeared, then

that past as well, then there was the appearance of an Indian guy (native

American Indian). This Indian has shown up in several of my dreams throughout

the last few years. I think maybe he must be a guide. Anyways, when his face

appeared, what looked at first as a blue luminous tear came from his left eye,

but it flowed on down and then went back up diagonally and then back over

forming a triangle. Then it moved up to the third eye area with the point going

up. Well, I had the three images, and the triangle with three points was the 3's

I was given on this third day. Hehe!

 

When I got on my computer after the second session, my computer died. I could

not get it to come back on! After praying and working with it for hours last

night I finally got it back on. My computer needs some work done on it, but

this time it was the reserve back-up battery that was the cause. I was directed

to unplug it from that and hook it up direct to a surge protector and now it

works again. The back-up battery thing needs a new battery, it would not take a

charge. I have been using that same battery for about 5 years now.

Anyways, I was very happy to be able to get back online to read post and all.

Still feeling great!

 

 

Day 4

LOL! James is home for the day again and will be here half of tomorrow. Fitting

in three sessions a day is not easy with him home, but it seems most all the

shaktipat weeks have been that way, with him not having to work much that week.

What is with that! It is putting a little damper on things, but my energy is

still feeling nice. I woke up with a little bit of pain in my heart area, but

it just feels like a warm fuzziness there now. All is good! Looking forward to

what the rest of the day brings. I have had several occasions this week of my

heart chakra spinning very fast. It really feels good when it does that. It

mostly happens during meditation.

 

I am having a very sweet wonderful shaktipat week! Thank you, chrism, again and

agian and again!
