I should have asked this a while back but never got around to wording it

correctly. (least i dont think I did, Ive checked my posts and I cant see it...)

Some time back, I had been meditating and chakra breathing in bed. My heart

started beating pretty fast and I felt a rush to the head. Then it went away

just as quickly. Was this just an energy/prana surge from the breathing

excersises? Its not happened since but I did wonder what it was and thinking

about it this morning reminded me to ask.

Hi Andy,

While this has not happened to me I've read many other posts that experience

this same thing. well I should say it has happened but not so intense I guess.

Its a rather odd sensation - you wonder if something is wrong and I suppose its

always good to get checked out if you feel it alot - but really I've read it

many times that this happens to people. For me I have had a lot of

kidney/adrenal issues and when that happens even knowing that this is normal -

well it feels like something must be the heck wrong with me - so I went to the

doctor and I thought he would have to go where no one has gone before! ha But

luckily my tests were all normal and I went out of that office almost kissing

all of them, I was so happy (you know 'cuz I didn't have to undergo him going

where no one has gone before!) haha

So hopefully others can talk about this for you...just know that feeling of

wondering...(:

Blessings,

Deb
