Guest guest
Mikael through his past posts has had some issues I feel with the first Tibetan. Spinning to the left has indeed caused others to be sick for days. Others have tried it without those effects. First, as I have written, this is exactly what I did in my process as well. I compared and competed. I had no guidance and from that perspective for me I had no choice. So before I did anything that was of a suggestive quality for others I tested it out on my self first. I did this before posting the ways and means of performing the exercise in question. I got sick or I didnt. It helped or it didnt. Before I placed the information in the minds of others that could cause them damage or illness I tested it out on my self first. This is the context of what I have written for Mikael. If you find it rough or mean or angry and judgmental then this is your choice. Second, during Shaktipat I ask for certain exercises to be done. I ask for them to be done in a certain way at certain times. It is not a time to bring possible painful experimentation into the equation. If people do this on there own that is one thing. To bring it up as an alternative practice " during this time " that is another issue. Kundalini Shaktipat is hard enough with the exercises as given. Questionable experimental ideas that can bring damage or hurt are better approached and offered outside of this time period. I feel my response conveyed the importance of testing on the " self " first before offering it to those who may not enjoy the results. - -- In , " strider200142 " <gabriel wrote: That seems so angry and judgmental. Guest guest
thanks Chrism, I've never gotten sick from the Tibetans, i've always spun clockwise and never had issue. I just downloaded this video so that I can play it for my mom, so she can try. and I was confused why they altered the first tibetan to be anti-clockwise. I know that Sufi dervishes whirl anti-clockwise, so there can't be anything negative about this direction. i'll try it anti-clockwise and see if theres any difference. i don't really notice any effects from the First Tibetan except slight dizziness,, so not even sure what to look for! mikael , " chrism " <> wrote: > > Mikael through his past posts has had some issues I feel with the first Tibetan. Guest guest
btw, I respect that you give exercises a certain way. and I've always followed these exercises. I was just hoping for something more technical as to why clockwise instead of anti-clockwise, and palms down instead of palms up? what difference does this make? does whirling anti-clockwise do something different energetically? thats all I was curious about. i'm not intuitive or receptive enough at the moment to know the difference. love, mikael , " mikaelz0 " <mixolyd wrote: > > thanks Chrism, > > I've never gotten sick from the Tibetans, i've always spun clockwise and never had issue.
