Guest guest
Even though the smooth flowing blissful sensations up my back has slowed down and can barely be felt these last three days, I am still feeling great and having a wonderful shaktipat. Last night while walking the long 5 miles nature trail, I began having pressure pain in my neck and across my shoulders. I have been getting this other times on this walk. I don't know if it means I have a blockage there or if it's caused just from the way I walk. I just did some neck stretches while walking and it relieved it a little. This morning while doing my first meditation I had lots of surface fizzies up my neck and across my shoulders where it was aching last night. On day 5, I was eating breakfast/brunch with James and I had asked him a question and he began this long drawn out explanation and was going real slow in the telling. LOL! I subconsciously got impatience and was finishing sentenses for him. He got a little angry and told me to stop finishing his sentences. I apoligized immediately, but I got tickled realizing I was doing that. My laughing and trying to apologize at the same time made his anger vanish and he laughed and began joking about it. Then he finished telling his long explanation and I patiently listen. Also, this morning while meditating I had a vision of a hand holding a glass of water and it pour the water out over the area of my couch where I do a lot of my meditating. I know water has to do with emotions and the second chakra, but that is about as far as it goes with me. Just not much good at interperting things. Would any of you have any ideal why the water was poured over the place where I meditate? My couch was baptised. Hehe! I hope you all a wonderful love filled day.
