First chakra location

Hey everyone,

 

There is a little confusion in my mind as to where the first chakra is

located exactly.

For example, for chakra breating when you breath into the base chakra

where do you exactly point your attention?

 

Do you concentrate on the point right between your legs (perineum muscle)

or do you concentrate on a point at the

bottom of your lower back where you think your last three bones of the

spinal cord are?
