Guest guest
For the chakra breathing the tailbone or rectum or the perineum Mike. Perineum is more accessible but the tailbone will do as well. Remember that your memory will serve after a time and there will be no need for tactile targeting. - , JiNN <jinnproduction wrote: > > Hey everyone, >There is a little confusion in my mind as to where the first chakra is located exactly. >
Guest guest
Thanks Chrism. I sometimes feel the pain/bump there at the back of my spine and I pretty much never felt anything between my legs in the perineum muscle area, so sometimes I was getting upset that my first chakra is sleeping. Thanks again Mike On Sat, Jun 27, 2009 at 6:18 PM, chrism <> wrote: > > > For the chakra breathing the tailbone or rectum or the perineum Mike. > Perineum is more accessible but the tailbone will do as well.
