Guest guest Posted June 27, 2009 Report Share Posted June 27, 2009 Dear Tiff, I think its totally normal to get fear and paranoia with the k, thats why we practice the safeties, I think you are doing very well and the fact that you recognise these emotions shows you are half way home. I have had moments of paranoia and I'm sure there are more to come! When you begin to see things that others don't and realities over lap and eyes are watching you, YIKES! Hello fear. But we know the antidote don't we..... Love and forgiveness, love and forgiveness and more love and forgiveness. And if all else fails, make up a safety prayer or ritual, something that makes you feel safe and secure, I use prayer and the circle of protection , and when I had entities attacking me it helped me sleep like a baby at night.
