Stop being afraid Janet. Release yourself from the practice and stay hydrated.

Eat some watermelon to displace some of the tendencies towards fear from the

adrenal glands. Remember the fight or flee hormone?

 

Surrender to what the Kundalini is giving and do not seek any more energy! You

have enough to process for a time. The muscles will tighten and then they will

release so no worries there Janet. These are the " new " muscles that become

exposed only when Kundalini is awakening and present in the body. They will

flex. Do not fight these flexings let them go and release your attempts to

control it. Your pain is coming from your fear which tightens the body muscles

in ways that can express as resistant to the way the Kundalini wants to flex

them and so this push and pull scenario develops.

 

Please relax your ego, fearful, mind and release control to the Kundalini this

will turn pleasant qickly when you do this. - blessings janet. - chrism
