Greetings! I'm Jaye and I'm very happy to be a part of this fantastic group.

I have some questions regarding The 5 Tibetan Rites and I want to share my

experience as I have attempted all 5.

I found The Rites on the e-books posted in this group. I attempted The 5 Rites

for the first time 4 days ago. I decided to just go for it. I didn't want to do

the pre-excercises for strength building first. Something said you will benefit

from them just from trying. I saw the first one required spinning. LOL! I

thought - my word, I am going to have trouble with that one. To my surprise it

was quite easy. I spun around 21 times but I turned the wrong way. LOL! I

decided I better spin clockwise because the instruction said so and I figured

there must be a reason. Yes I was dizzy but it wasn't like I was falling over. I

just stood there w/ my hand on my hip until it passed (it took about 1 minute).

I proceeded to do the last four. Of course I didn't do them perfectly but like I

said I didn't think perfection would hinder the potential benefits.

Now THIS is the INTERESTING part. I sat down at the computer to continue reading

about various lessons regarding my life path. I noticed I was slumped over and

decided to sit up straight w/ my shoulders back and it felt good. After I did

that I noticed a strange sensation around my stomache. At first I couldn't

figure out how to describe what I was experiencing. It was as if something were

ACTIVATED in that area. Upon further thought it felt like something were

SPINNING.

I did The 5 Tibetan Rites on the second night. I decided to try to attempt more

accuracy with the techniques but was far from perfection. LOL! That night I

noticed the sensations were activated throughout my entire my body. I could feel

energy? from my head to my toes.

Now to tell you about how I have ALREADY benefited from doing these excercises.

My stomache area is where I have had a lot of trouble. Body fat built up there.

My bowels were sluggish and constipated. I was overeating, 'til I felt over

stuffed to my chagrin. I hated how I felt about myself regarding this.

Since the start of all this I noticed that I stopped overeating. I eat until I

no longer feel hungry on a LOT LESS food than I usually eat. I went to the store

last night. I always leave the store with a sweet snack. As I was there I

couldn't decide what I wanted. I was feeling unhappy about the choices I usually

make and I grabbed my cigarettes w/o buying any junk food.

Next thing - I usually have trouble with bowel movements. Constipation is a

problem. Then when I TRY to go, it's painful. This morning I had to go and it

was the most easy, soft experience I've had for a very, very long time.

I noticed that I'm slimming down ALREADY. My stomach is flatter. I can get into

a pair of strectch pants I couldn't a few days ago.

I have more energy. I'm still lazy but every bit helps. LOL!

To me this all sounds to good to be true. But because it is actually happening

TO ME I have to accept that it is real. If someone else told me all of this I

would accuse them of either exaggerating or of being disillusioned but this is

real.

Now for my questions:

1. If what I experienced (the sensations) were in my chakras why did I feel them

as if it were physical? I thought your chakras were part of your spiritual body.

If that were true how is it that I can feel it?

2. Why would I experience such drastic changes so quickly?

3. Is anyone else doing The 5 Tibetan Rites and if so what was/is your

experience?

I guess those are enough questions for now. If anymore come up I'll ask.

I do appreciate ANYTHING someone can tell me. :) And thank you for taking your

time to read this. :)

Your different bodies all work together,so what happens in one changes all the

others.

In meditation you can see Chakras spinning inside you.....as they activate these

produce phenomena in all the bodies including the physical.

As your Heart Chakra goes to a higher frequency the minor Chakras on the hands

which are linked to the heart heat up.

My activation had a few aspects to it but 5 T's were a big part of it.....and no

it did not take long.

Be blessed and your 3rd Chakra which is Power has just got big activation.

Congrats.

Thank you so much for your reply. I thought what you said about the 3rd Chakra

happened somewhere in my stomach area. I didn't know which chakra it was. It's

almost as though it was completely blocked. It felt like a clogged pipe was

unclogged and could now drain more effectively.

Wow! I'm very excited about this.

I want to learn to meditate now. :)

Blessings, peace & harmony. ~Jaye
