Hello and welcome Jaye. Yes continue with your practice and you might wish to

look here for comparison with regards to the actual positions.

The feeling you have in your second chakra area would be that of the Chi getting

increased by the capacitor activity of this area. This Chi energy can really

begin to heal and br9ing the body back into a balance. Nice going with your

discernment and paying attention to how your body is feeling. You will get

better at them as you practice them so keep going Jaye! Keep us posted with how

they go for you and what other changes occur!

As to your questions.

1)

The chakras are directly connected to the physical body there is no separation

other than levels of density. So we are able to " feel " any part of the five body

system.

2)

This was and is your time to feel it. There is a time and a place for all things

and this practice was what was needed at the time you adopted it. This is also

an indication of the need for you to do these rites. The inner divinity will

call or compel a person to do practices that are beneficial for them to do.

3)

My experiences have to do with Kundalini and the Five Tibetans and I am not sure

if that fall within your inquiry.

Thank you all for your replies. It seems that after posting - things seems to

be mellowing out. I had a feeling that was going to happen. I'm a pleasure junky

and the first feeling was so incredible to me that I didn't want it to stop.

I'm imaginig what else is in store for me as I continue to incorporate other

practices.

I think what said about Deity showing me that this is a beneficial

practice for me is right on.

Thanks again and showers of blessings to all!
