Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Thank-you dear teacher for your gifts of the Shaktipat and your on-going guidance. It seems as though there is a lot of clearing going on in my heart and throat. I feel as though k is rotor-rooting the area. There is a feeling of a lack of integration right now between my lower body and upper body that is being worked on to bring integration (not sure that makes any sense but thats my intuitive sense). As for my practice of the 5 Tibetans, the 4th rite is bothering an old left shoulder issue. It doesn't bother it during practice but has gotten progressively more irritated & tight. Is there an alternative way of doing this rite for awhile? with deep reverence and love, Jan
Guest guest
You are most welcome Jan. No there is no alternative for the fourth Tibetan. I will suggest that you remove them, all five, from your practice for a time especially as your infusion is coming along just fine and I feel your balance had greatly improved. Keep the tongue tip up though and please continue the rest of the safeties especially your meditations. Surrender to the work that is being done. This is part of the restructuring and is needed for the new you to become more realized. This will go on for some time and you can expect some mood changes to occur as well. No worries! Its the natural part of the process. - blessings Jan. - chrism , " Jan " <drjandean wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > Thank-you dear teacher for your gifts of the Shaktipat and your on-going guidance.
