Guest guest
Dear chrism and all: I found myself in the pool enjoying its 85 degree. If I'm not mistaken the air temperature is in the 90's already at 6am. Before long I was doing the first Tibetan. What an amazing feeling to have the momentum of the water behind the whirlpool of a movement. That lead me to the little ledge where I continued with 2,3,4. The fifth was too challenging without a snorkel or dive gear (lol), but I imagine it could be done. The movements were so fluid(no pun intended)and I was quickly able to dissolve into the water. Are Tibetans to be land-oriented or could Aqua Tibetans be a continued practice? Also, thank you and everyone for this group, support and care. -Danielle
Guest guest
Sounds really lovely, but I do remember mentioning not to shower after the tibetans, as to keep the energy strong. I will wait to see what he thinks about this. But it sure sounds fun to me you water baby you. love elektra x x x
Guest guest
Thank you Elektra. I didn't realize this about the shower; that would certainly makes sense regarding the water molecules. I didn't think about that until you made mention; hence the feeling of dissolving into the pool of water. So much for my water ducky and snorkel (at least in this regard). Thanks. -Danielle , Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > > Sounds really lovely, but I do remember mentioning not to shower after the tibetans, as to keep the energy strong. Guest guest
Similar to an in person Shaktipat the top of the head must remain dry at least twenty minutes after the Tibetans. I do like the idea and your creativity though Danielle. I am a water person as well and doing yoga in the water I find very relaxing and invigorating at the same time. When near an ocean current that I enjoy, a clean one, I like to meditate under the water inside the breakwater below the crashing waves. Perhaps something of this nature can be given for you? Be creative! - blessings Danielle. - chrism , " iamwaitingmoon " <iamwaitingmoon wrote: > > Dear chrism and all: > I found myself in the pool enjoying its 85 degree.
