Guest guest
Hi, I'm almost finished catching up on the weekends posts! I've been trying to keep up with the daily posts now while reading the other ones in between. It's been wonderful hearing of all the experiences from everyone. So it may or may not be a coincidence that my daughter was exposed to hand-foot-mouth disease at daycare and I seemed to catch it. One of the side effects is a headache. On Saturday (crown chakra day) I ended up with a severe headache. Maybe this is some sort of blockage? I didn't want to take medicine right away because I wanted the process to flow through me and be el-natur-al. But after a while I ended up taking some advil. The symptoms coincide with the cold-like disease. I now am stuffed up but it seems to be clearing up, letting loose. I boo-boo'd on this same day, the morning of the crown chakra shaktipat day, and did the 5 tibetans and chakra breathing. It was only after that that I read we were to only meditate on this day. So I only did it that once in the morning. I had read somewhere that it's helpful to alleviate pressure from the crown by visualizing the crown chakra opening and/or a lotus blooming. Is this a recommended possibility? Or simply go with the usual process and it will work itself out? This has occassionally worked great for me in the past but not this time. However, I don't know if I was as focused as I could have been since the headache was distracting. On that night (Saturday) and the night after I dreamt of being in a grayish spacey type place, maybe limbo. Mmm… Blessings, Maggie
